I design, develop, and implement instructional products and experiences for external and internal clients. I also create multimedia and content for various Wrike channels.
I designed and developed e-learning as well as instructor-led training content during the migration and rebranding of learning objects from Wrike's LMS to Citrix's internal systems. I ensured that all content was accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's learning objectives.
I developed effective enablement initiatives that streamlined cycles across portfolios for customer success. I delivered training sessions and administered e-learning assessments to evaluate employee performance, promoting continuous onboarding.
