Analysis Phase

  • Need/Problem Addressed: Lack of an established learning path for self-service learners in creating, scaling, and maintaining a space in Wrike.

  • Needs Assessment: Conducted through user statistics review, content gap analysis, and qualitative surveys confirming demand for space admin-related content.

  • Learner Analysis: Adult learners with limited time need pertinent, sticky information for regular application in their work.

  • Context for Learning Solution: Aimed at providing knowledge and skill enhancement for those aspiring to be competent Wrike space administrators.

Design Phase

  • Instructional Strategy: Experiential learning, including pretests, scenarios, and learner reflection.

  • Content Outline: Introduction, Wrike software refresher, space admin role overview, learning goals, Readiness check (pre-test), learner reflection, space admin duties, limitations, scenario-based quiz, module summary.

  • Assessment Strategy: Pretest for self-evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, followed by a scenario-based quiz to assess understanding of the space admin role after module context.

Development Phase

  • Learning Materials: An e-learning module.

  • Technology Used: Developed using Storyline Articulate 360, asset creation with Vyond and Adobe Creative Cloud, and hosted on the Docebo LMS for the Wrike Discover learning channel.

Evaluation and Outcomes

The following questions will be answered as we continue to implement and evaluate this learning product:

  • Were there measurable outcomes that demonstrated the effectiveness of this project?

In this project, I aimed to improve learning experiences with experiential learning mechanisms. To further enhance the effectiveness of the scenario-based content, I suggest adding multimedia and interactive elements. Additionally, a simulation of the Wrike space admin environment in the next iteration would provide a more comprehensive and immersive learning experience.
